Frank Deletto was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Before coming out to Las Vegas in the early 70’s, Frank was a professional musician. His original intent was to get involved in the entertainment industry. When that did not materialize, a friend suggested he should give the gaming industry a try. Frank started his gaming career as a dealer at the Mint Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas. After becoming proficient in dealing dice, blackjack and roulette Frank landed a dealing job on the Las Vegas Strip as a dice dealer at the Tropicana. Over the next several years Frank had the opportunity to work at the Aladdin, Sundance, Hacienda, and Riviera, transitioning from dealer to box person, then floor supervisor, Pit manager, Shift manager and finally Director of Table Games. Frank suggests that he has been fortunate to work with and learn from some very talented gaming operators during his career; visionaries that have made Las Vegas what it is today. Although he’s been in the industry for over 40 years, Frank admits he still learns something new every day. Frank Deletto is considered a progressive gaming expert, looking for ways to improve performance and provide the customer with a positive gaming experience.
